The electronic leases created on Bloc Solutions are used under license, with the authorization of Publications du Québec, and respect the format of paper forms, as required and authorized by the Tribunal administratif du logement (formerly the Régie du Logement). They are perfectly legal and respect established agreements.

With the electronic version of the lease, the days of having to fill out a paper lease and meet your tenants to sign your documents are over. With Bloc Solutions, you do it all online! However, you can still send it by email or print it and then have your tenant sign the lease if they prefer this way.

Bloc Solutions makes it easy to print electronically produced leases. To do this, you must use a color printer supporting the "large format" (legal - 8 ½ "x 14" or 21.59 cm x 35.56 cm). Note that only color printing of leases is accepted by Publications du Québec.

All residential leases can be generated, signed and / or printed in French and English.

Respect for the right to privacy :

On Bloc Solutions, the information is gathered in full respect of the users' right to privacy. This fundamental right is notably governed by the law respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector. This law determines the rules relating to the collection, retention, use and communication of personal information.
