The possible status of units in Bloc Solutions
Active
An unit is active when it contains an active lease or an imported lease that has been renewed on the platform, and its start date has been reached. This unit enjoys all the features offered in Bloc Solutions.
Inactive Unit
An inactive unit is a unit for which you are not using Bloc Solutions for management.
How to know if your unit is active:
The door icon will turn green.
The unit status is listed as "Active" in the unit information.
To activate a unit:
Automatic Activation: An unit will become automatically active once a lease is completed and signed by all parties for that unit.
Manual Activation: It is also possible to activate it yourself to make full use of the platform's capabilities.
In the event that you no longer wish to use Bloc Solutions for the management of a unit, you can simply deactivate it through the same process.
