On our platform, you can create and generate a lease that is approuved by the Tribunal administratif du logement (formerly known as Régie du Logement).
The lease is produced in color, it is 100% legal, valid and has a unique serial number assigned to it.

In order to create your electronic lease, you must first have add your building and your units on the platform.
Once this is done, follow these steps:
Click on your unit in the Buildings section.
Click on the "Baux" tab .
Click on the blue button "Créer un nouveau bail".
You will enter in your lease form, you will have two choices;
Create an electronic lease
Enter an existing lease (a lease created outside the platform)
At this point, make sure to enter all the information (don't forget to add you tenants and documents in the lease).
Before generating your lease, you can have it in english or in french (make sure you select the right option in preview mode).
That's it ! You just created your first lease on Bloc Solutions.
