Revoking a pre-authorized debit authorization might seem like a complex task, but by following these simple steps, you can do it with ease. Here is a detailed guide to help you revoke a pre-authorized debit authorization on the Bloc Solutions portal.

Steps to Follow:

  1. Log in to Bloc Solutions

    • Start by going to the Bloc Solutions login page and sign in as you normally would with your username and password.

  2. Open the "Leases" Tab

    • Once logged in, navigate to the "Leases" tab in the main menu. This tab contains all the information related to your current and past leases.

  3. Select the Lease

    • From the list of displayed leases, click on the one for which you wish to cancel the pre-authorized debit authorization. Make sure to select the correct lease to avoid any confusion.

  4. Go to the "Payment Options" Section

    • In the selected lease, look for and click on the "Payment Options" section. This section groups all the information and options related to payments for this lease.

  5. Click on the Three Dots beside "Pre-Authorized Debit"

    • Once in the payment options, you will see an option titled "Pre-Authorized Debit". To the right of this option, there are three small dots (⋮). Click on them to open a dropdown menu.

  6. Select "Edit"

    • In the dropdown menu, select "Edit". This action will allow you to access the settings of your pre-authorized debit.

  7. Revoke the Pre-Authorized Debit Authorization

    • At the bottom of the window that opens, you will find a button labeled "Revoke Pre-Authorized Debit Authorization". Click on this button to initiate the revocation process.

  8. Confirm the Revocation

    • A confirmation window will appear. Read the information carefully and click "Accept" to confirm the revocation of the pre-authorized debit authorization.
