For each lease created on Bloc Solutions, it is possible to activate pre-authorized payments (PAP) in just a few clicks.

It is possible to enable PAPs under section D; Rent and payment for each new lease. Rent tracking will then be automatically enabled under the Lease Options tab.

Also, it is possible to activate it on an existing lease by simply clicking on the lease and under the Collect options tab, as seen on the next image.

If the direct deposit information are not yet in your account, you will be asked to configure it.

Note: It is possible to activate rent tracking even though PAPs are not activated.

Important to know : There are payment delays of 3 to 5 business days.
