Updating your preauthorized payment information on Bloc Solutions is a simple and straightforward process. Follow these detailed steps to modify your payment information with ease.
Steps to Follow:
Go to the Bloc Solutions Login Page
Visit the Bloc Solutions login page. Enter your login credentials (username and password) to access your account.
Open the Leases Tab
Once logged in, navigate to the Leases tab in the main menu. This tab contains all the information related to your current and past leases.
Select the Relevant Lease
From the list of displayed leases, click on the one for which you want to update the payment information. Make sure to select the correct lease to avoid any confusion.
Access the "Payment Options" Section
In the selected lease, look for and click on the "Payment Options" section. This section contains all the information and options related to payments for this lease.
Click on the Three Dots Next to "Preauthorized Debit"
Once in the payment options, you will see an option titled "Preauthorized Debit." To the right of this option, there are three small dots (⋮). Click on them to open a dropdown menu.
Click on "Edit"
From the dropdown menu, select "Edit." This action will allow you to access the settings of your preauthorized debit.
Update the Payment Information
A new window will open with the details of your preauthorized debit. Make the necessary changes to your payment information, such as your bank account number, bank details, etc.
Save the Changes
Once you have made the updates, click on the "Save" button located at the bottom of the window. This will update your payment information in the system.
