The format of our online lease is validated by the Tribunal administratif du logement and Publications Québec.

Our system allows only 1 out of 2 owners to sign. Legally, one represents the other. As shown in the image below, it is enough to indicate that owner 1 will be represented by owner 2.

Note : The lease format of the Tribunal Administratif du logement (formerly the Régie du Logement) only allows you to display 2 owners. If the accommodation is owned by more than 2 owners, then it is quite possible to add an annex to the lease mentioning all the owners.
