How it works ?
By purchasing a survey, a form is sent to the candidate by email, the candidate completes it and saves it. Responses come back into your account directly and are sent to Equifax. Within minutes the credit results are back in the account.
Here are the steps to follow in order to carry out your first pre-rental inquiry
1. Open the Pre-rental inquiry section then click on New inquiry at the top right.
2. A window will open, simply link the survey to the correct unit and application. You can link an existing application or create a new one.
NB: It is also possible to create a survey from a rental request directly, under the applications tab.
3. Choose the options of your choice, then complete the following sections by navigating between the sections by clicking the blue ''next'' button at the bottom right of the page or in the left menu.
4. The last creation step is to confirm the payment.
5. After clicking on Pay and send, the survey is automatically sent to the candidate, who will complete the document afterwards.
Important to know : Once sent, the survey cannot be modified. You'll have the option to resend the invitation, edit the contact card, or delete the survey and start over.
Note that an unanswered and still pending credit inquiry from the candidate can be canceled at any time. The amount will be credited and will be applicable on a future service.
You will receive the answer in just a few minutes, so you can make an informed decision on your next rentals.
Important to know : The form can be completed from your owner account, with the candidate's agreement. The candidate will have to sign before confirming the request, all from your platform.
