How to fill out automatic withdrawal information on behalf of a tenant

  1. Access the "Documents" section of the lease.

  2. Locate the "Withdrawal Authorization" for the wanted tenant option under "Consents and Authorizations".

  3. Click on "Complete in the presence of the tenant".

  4. A confirmation window will open. Make sure you are in the presence of the tenant, check the box to confirm, then click "Confirm".

  5. In the "Account Holder" section, fill in the tenant's information:

    1. Select "An individual" or "A business"

    2. Enter the account holder's name

    3. Enter the email address and phone number

    4. Specify the complete address

  6. Click "Next" to proceed to the banking information.

  7. In the "Account Information" section, enter:

    1. The account name

    2. The name of the financial institution

    3. The account number

    4. The transit number

    5. The institution number

  8. Review the summary of the entered information.

  9. At the preview stage, review the pre-authorized debit agreement with the tenant.

  10. Check the box to confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms.

  11. Click "Confirm" to finalize the automatic withdrawal setup.

Important: Make sure you have the explicit authorization of the tenant and are in their presence when entering this sensitive information.
