How to change your credit card for your Bloc Solutions subscription

Important note:

If the card you wish to use is already registered in your account, you can directly proceed with steps 2, 6, 7, and 8.

Detailed steps:

  1. Logging into your account

    1. Open your browser and access the Bloc Solutions website.

    2. Enter your credentials to log into your account.

  2. Accessing organization settings

    1. Once logged in, locate the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.

    2. Click on this icon to open the dropdown menu.

    3. Select the "Organization Settings" option.

  3. Navigating to the Wallet section

    1. In the left menu, you will see several options.

    2. Look for and click on "Wallet".

  4. Adding a new credit card

    1. In the "Payment Methods" section, you will see your current cards.

    2. Click on the "Add a new credit card" button.

    3. A pop-up window will appear to enter the card details.

  5. Entering the new card information

    1. Carefully enter the card number, expiration date, and CVC code.

    2. Verify that all information is correct.

    3. Click on "Add card" to confirm.

  6. Accessing the Subscription section

    1. Return to the left menu.

    2. Look for and click on the "Subscription" option.

  7. Modifying the payment method

    1. Scroll down to "Subscription payment method".

    2. Click on "Change payment method for subscription".

  8. Selecting the new card

    1. In the window that opens, you will see all your registered cards.

    2. Find your new card and click "Use" next to it.

Confirmation and verification:

  • A confirmation message should appear

  • Verify that the new card is correctly listed as the payment method for the subscription
